Congratulations to Godiva’s new owners!
When we acquired Gheisha (WH Justice x Ghazala El Jamaal) we dreamed of creating the next generation for our program. Her beauty, presence, and endearing kindness were the elements we strive to produce. While she was with us she won 2 Regional titles in halter and a Scottsdale Signature Top 10 at the Arabian Breeders Finals. When we had the opportunity to breed her to World Champion EKS Alihandro prior to her export we had hoped for a quality foal, but Gheisha gave us two embryos.
The first born was the beautiful Ghirardelli MLM and the second was Godiva MLM. At birth, Godiva was fawn-like with a delicate face that tapered into an tiny muzzle. Godiva matured quickly into a confident filly with the balance, stretch, and type to solidify herself as an important next step for our program.
Allowing Gheisha to leave our program was bitter sweet, however, she has gifted us with two incredible foals. For her new owner she has gone on to be 4th at Israeli Nationals and is currently one of the stars of their breeding program.
Gheisha, Godiva’s dam, is by the Champion Maker WH Justice and out US and Australian National Champion Ghazala El Jamaal (a Dam of Distinction and AHW Aristocrate). Ghazala is the 3/4 sibling to *FA El Shawan who sired international sensations FA El Rasheem and Na’Mous Al Shahania.
Ghazala El Jamaal has produced National Champions in 4 countries. She is from one of the strongest dam lines of modern show horses having produced National Champions consistently all over the world. We are fortunate to have Godiva to carry the banner for Gheisha in our program. She hails from some of the finest boutique breeding programs in history: Foxbriar Arabians and Westbury Park International.
