Gheisha is an exotic daughter of Salon Du Cheval winner WH Justice out of US National Champion, Australian National Champion, and World Cup Top 10 mare Ghazala El Jamaal. Gheisha exemplifies the style and beauty typical of her sireline, with the elegant neck and silhouette of her powerful damline. She is confident, expressive, and exudes excellent Arabian type. Her pedigree is the combined efforts of many great breeders who contributed over generations including Lenita Perroy of Haras Meia Lua, Marlene Reider of Foxbriar Arabians, Selket Arabians, and Paul and Bianca Clark of Westbury Arabians.
Her pedigree is a map of some of the world’s most dominant bloodlines in the show ring today. Her sire, often referred to as “The Champion Maker”, and her multi-National Champion dam need little introduction. Ghazala El Jamaal, her dam, is a 3/4 sister to World Cup and Brazilian National Champion FA El Shawan (sire of FA El Rasheem and Na’Mous Al Shahania) and Brazilian National Champion Matisse FM. Ghazala has already produced multiple champions including Gheisha’s 3/4 brother Ghianni WPI (by Ajman Moniscione) who was Australian National Champion yearling colt (for an exhaustive champions list please see below).

While Ghazala’s success as a show horse and breeding horse cement her place in the annals of Arabian royalty her pedigree boasts an equally compelling blend of significant individuals. Ghazala, herself, is a daughter of World Champion *Marwan Al Shaqab and out of Regional Champion Foxbriar Parysel who is by Reserve National Champion *Parys El Jamaal. Foxbriar Parysel is out of Selket Mirror, the foundation broodmare of Foxbriar Arabians. The combination of Marwan on Parys El Jamaal daughters has long been a recipe for success that has produced one of our all-time favorite mares Patriciaa (Silver Champion Arabian Breeders World Cup, Scottsdale Reserve Champion, and Reserve National Champion) and the National Champion stallion Marhaabah.
Selket Mirror is a daughter of World Champion *Furno Khamal. *Furno Khamal won a gold medal twice against all breeds in the German 100 day testing and, for one of those awards, it was the only gold medal given out that year. Selket Mirror traces her tail female through one of the most influential broodmares of Tersk Stud Taktika, who was a race winner and also a USSR All Union Exhibition conformation winner against all breeds. Taktika was the dam of 6 influential horses at the Tersk stud and her blood flows through some of the breed’s most successful race winners, performance and halter horses.
Gheisha is a critical component of our foundation lines. When we decided to allow her to make her final home in Palestine we first took two embryos to allow us to keep her lineage with us permanently.
